What a perk at Northern Stacks! When the brewery opens in the fall of 2019, the space will operate out of the old boiler room and run a 15-barrel system that will produce 1,000 barrels annually. Forgotten Star plans to focus on producing brown ales, kölsch, and other classic beer varieties in addition to newer, more creative brews.

Forgotten Star's taproom will have a distinctive aesthetic reminiscent of the Hewing Hotel, with traditional, high-quality furniture. The brewery's interior will feature a main beer hall with long, communal tables, as well as separate areas with couches and coffee tables for small-group seating.
