Data Center

Northern Stacks is a modern infill business park that is fiber-rich with sufficient power and redundancy to accommodate a mission critical facility. The redevelopment plan can accommodate data center options on the NW quadrant of the Northern Stacks 122 acre redevelopment. The site has enterprise and co-location capacity of up to 130,000 GSF resulting in a 30,000 square foot data floor.

Northern Stacks has the size and flexibility to provide new phases and expand the data center as demand dictates. The site is fed from Xcel with three 13.8 kv lines (Riv 74, Riv 72, Riv 66) coming from the Riverside Substation (#5) that are transformed down to 480v. An alternate feed to the site could be via the Coon Creek Substation if a secondary / redundant electrical feed is required.
